Specializations in water treatment
We specialize in a variety of techniques and water flows:
- Filtration techniques: sand, activated carbon, and cloth filters for pretreatment.
- Separation techniques: oil-water separation.
- Disinfection techniques: including ozone, ideal for COD lowering and removal of stubborn substances.
- Water flows: groundwater, business process water (reuse), surface water and domestic wastewater.
Our approach includes complete projects from design to construction, service and maintenance, including necessary infra-works. Thanks to our experience and expertise, we can realize projects that are fully customized.
Our approach: from design to rental
- Design: We design customized installations. Hereby the drawings are made in 3-D with accompanying parts lists, flow-sheet, recorded energy consumption and if necessary including HAZOP study and CE approval (maybe principle diagram also usable)
- Construction: Verhoeve builds all installations in-house at the Dordrecht or Antwerp sites or on site.
- Rental: Verhoeve has an extensive rental fleet for temporary (mobile) installations for de-icing, activated carbon and sand filters, aerators, buffer tanks, pumps, piping, PLC and telemetry systems. Mobilization and demobilization and service follow-up are carried out by Verhoeve in-house.
- Testing: In our in-house test room, we conduct weekly tests such as coagulation, flocculation and disinfection to select the most appropriate technique for your project.
