In the ‘Oceanium’ of Blijdorp zoo Rotterdam, visitors are introduced to the water world in a unique way. By cleaning eight million liters of seawater every two hours using the water treatment plant (WZI) from Verhoeve Milieu & Water, humans and animals can enjoy the crystal clear water together. The water treatment plant is supported by the information and control system C.A.R.S. from YP. Thanks to the C.A.R.S. Verhoeve Environment & Water system has 24/7 insight and influence on process management. In this way the water can be purified efficiently and costs are saved.
